This is a Employee Scheduling web application providing a simple solution to manage employee schedules, time clocks, payroll and time off in one solution. This application included many features:

Schedule

  • Employee access and viewing of assigned schedule.
  • Managers ability to create/copy employee schedules

Time Clock

  • Employee ClockIn/ClockOut
  • Timeclock entry rounding option
  • ClockIn/ClockOut restriction based on employee schedule
  • Manager ability to modify employee time entry

Time Off

  • Employee ability to request time off
  • Assign paid time off to employees (auto-calculation )
  • Manager ability to approve/denied time off request
  • Employee ability to view all time off requests

Payroll

  • View Employee time clock totals
  • Integration of PTO, Sick/Miss days, overtime calculations
  • Abbsence Management

This application was developed using a PHP MVC framework Laravel 5.
