About Me

I am Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) alumni with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Computer Engineering Technology with a minor in Telecommunication Engineering Technology. Some of my hobbies include: software development, driving, theater arts and audio engineering. I am located in Wilmington NC where I now work as a freelance web developer.

While attending RIT, I was actively involve with RIT Players (theater group) and RIT Student Music Association (RITSMA). In RIT Players, I participated in the technical aspects of the performances including: set construction, lighting designer, and lighting operator. While I was involved with RITSMA, I assisted setup and operating the audio equipment for local bands and a capella groups events that requested RITSMA's services. I later became the senior technician where my duties included: organizing all service requests, group training, equipment purchases and upkeep.

I originally worked for a company as a software developer and support staff for in-house web-based applications. During my employment I developed and supported several of the business' major applications and their servers. Most of my programming skills were for PHP/MySQL based applications.

On my free time, I have been working on a few projects in PHP and Love2d. Many of these projects will be available in the links above for you to look. I enjoy expanding my knowledge with the languages I already know and learning other languages I currently do not know.
